I'm writing this letter to tell everyone out there what ted stearns and tradeline solutions aka quantum holdings aka citadel capital management aka atticus capital management aka theodore j stearns aka crooks did to me. For the last 4 months i've been calling writing emails and mailing letters with no response from anyone at tradeline solutions after they stole $6,675 from me promising that my credit score was going up if i bought thier "authorized user accounts."
Ted (the liar) promised that my credit score was going to be going from a 540 to over a 700 in less than 30 days!!!! It has now been 4 months and my score has gone down to a 528 because 3 of these "lines" that ACTUALLY showed up on my credit were closed which caused even more damage to my credit score! 1 showed up and did nothing and the others THAT I PAID FOR never even showed up.
After all of this started happening I started calling in and after getting transferred 9 or 10 times to his voicemail i finally spoke with his vice president kate herrera who later i found out helps Mr. Stearns in ripping other people off just like me. first she said that it can take up to 60 days to show up and after i told her that some did and they were hurting me more she said i must of done something to my credit to cause this. So i sent in a copy of my credit report proving that i had done nothing wrong. it took 3 weeks for her to call me back and when she did she told me to keep waiting because thier contract says 120 days. (it also says the "lines" COME OFF in 120 days!!!!!) Now you see what kind of scam they are truly running.
I have been researching Mr. Stearns from San Diego Ca and this is what i've found so far so please use this information to protect yourself from suffering the same as myself and my family have.

Since I realized that i'm no longer getting my money back i have talked to a lawyer and plan to file suit just as soon as i can afford it. i have also called and spoke to many government agencies about this issue and they tell me that they will make sure to investigate these issues and put a stop to Mr. Stearns and his unlawful businesses so he never does this to another person like me again.

I had a similar issue, bought some primary lines from a company and lost the money. Turns out, even companies that try to deliver on their promises are borderline illegal at best. A friend of mine at the Attorney General's office in my state told me these companies produce entirely made-up payment histories on never-existent accounts.
I did some research on my own, and it's true, lots of companies are getting shut down for doing this and losing their data reporting relationships with the credit bureaus. I say check out http://www.primarycreditlines.com. CBS Credit is the only company I know of that is offering lines that you actually make a payment on, letting you rebuild your history ethically. They aren't a day-office operation, either, they use real, reputable finance companies. You can also keep the lines active as long as you keep making your payment. This is the best way to go. They also let you invest in existing debt instruments like a debt purchaser might do, meaning you could also attain an aged account without doing anything resembling fraud.

Is the company that Brian Woody, Randy McMurray and Andrew Christison still around? I thought it was called UT Equity, but TLS said it was Universal Trust Financial.
Is there anyway to get a copy of the police report that TLS filed?
Some people may have money commited to UT Equity and/or Universal Trust Financial and could do well to have a copy of the police report if they have trouble getting a refund from them.
Can anyone help?

It is very clear to me that the author of the Bojangles comment is indeed someone
from Tradeline Solutions. Also the comments in the article entitled (Seriously) was
defintely made from the office of Tradeline Solutions. I too have had problems
with getting my tradelines or a refund, and when talking with Mr. Stearn about my concerns and the Rip Off report that I had recently read, he insisted it was a disguntled employee. So when
I read the comment about someone having the personal cell number of Mr. Stearn showing concerned about the person who wrote the rip off report originally, then I knew it had to be from the office of Tradeline Solutions. No one else would be concerned about an article being written if it did not affect them directly. They are scam artist. They may have had good intentions, but I know they are floating money and not delivering the product. Everytime I call, the dates are different. I want in on any kind of class action suit, or I will sue them myself.

We are writing this in response to the ugly accusations, untruthful remarks, and false information that have been voiced in regards to TradeLine Solutions and its owner, Ted Stearns.
We have learned that both posting were submitted by Brian Woody, an ex-employee of TLS, and is posting under the alias of Bob Cole, R. Walker and Anonymous.
Brian Woody was contracted as a 1099 employee in mid-December of 2007 and was hired to launch the business division of the company and as a result he absorbed the business model, learning the ins and outs of the company's vendors, investors and marketing.
Woody, along with two other former contracted employees, Andrew Christison and Randy McMurray have attempted to set out and start their own company using TLS business model, and by stealing intellectual property and the company's leads.
After Woody's termination, he along with Christison and McMurray proceeded to contact leads that were property of TLS, despite the fact that all three had signed a non-compete clause. Creating a company called Universal Trust Financial, they set up their office at 501 W Broadway, San Diego 92101, right across from TLS. We have learned from a TLS vendor that Woody has contacted them using the alias Christopher.
All three men are facing criminal charges while Randy is presently in jail due to unrelated crimes. A police report has been filed with the county prosecutor's office against Brian Woody, Randy McMurray and Andrew Christison for Grand Larceny including unauthorized removal of intellectual property, embezzlement for fraudulent conversion of clients and conspiracy with the intent of a crime. The three men also face a civil suit.
Both these postings are uncalled for and unwarranted. Posting of personal information as well as information on non-related companies shows a desperate attempt to disparage TLS in order to attract clients.
TLS will not comment further on these posting and encourage our clients to call us at (619) 595-4851 to discuss any concerns they may have.

I would need to worry about your own credibility. How on Earth did you come into contact with the cell numbers of Mr. Stearns and Ms. Herrera? Seems like a *disgruntled (*read: fired) ex-employee if you ask me...
I can honestly say that I have no affiliation whatsoever with Tradeline Solutions other than the fact that I made a purchase with them and am satisfied with it. I am not taking away from your claims. Yes, you purchased a product and it fell through. However, I purchased a product and it came through! I have as much a right to post this information as you do without anyone attempting to take away my credibility.
I will repeat as I said in my last post. I do not honestly think it could be a scam! Tradeline Solutions offers to refund your money after 120 days. If it were, in fact, a scam, you would never see a refund. Am I wrong?

I had called in to Tradeline Solutions several weeks ago and purchased 3 tradelines. I was told that it could take up to 60 days or so, and by day 45 I had all the tradelines and my credit had been boosted by a substantial amount.
Credit scoring is complicated, and it seems to me that the people who are having problems do not seem to understand how credit works...which is maybe why they have bad credit to begin with? Even if you pay off a credit card , it can take around 60 days to show up on your credit report and actually help. There is no super quick, fix-all solution that is apparent from my experiences. Good things take time.
Tradeline Solutions worked very well for me though. I do not think that it could be considered a scam at all. Scams generally dont work for anybody, and I am sure there are other people out there who this worked for as well. Tradeline also offers to refund your money after a small time period, so there doesnt really seem to be much of a problem there either.

Just so everyone knows TradeLine Solutions LLC uses a "day office" that can be cleared out at the end of the day.. ANY day. The company that rents them the office is Regus nice digs low bucks and a great place to scam and split.
Oh yeah TradeLine Solutions had a BIG sale on Primary trade lines last week ON PRIMARY TRADE LINES, sale ended Friday night. They advertised it on Google AdWords come Saturday morning... POOF the web site is gone. Gee I wonder how many clients they left holding the bag?
