Complaint Review: TradeTang Chinese Wholesale

I am warning all Americans DO NOT BUY from TradeTang.com....A year back, I thought I was purchasing a "full lace wig" from TradeTang.com. The seller of this kinky 100% human hair "full lace wig" was verified on Tradetang.com. Apparently this seller was using pictures from another website b/c what I got in the mail was NOT a full lace wig nor 100% human hair!!! I received a standard weft cap synthetic wig!!! I immediately filed a dispute and only received 33% of my total purchase back!!! I was mislead, and lied to, yet I only get a portion of my money back? The dispute dept is ran by a lady whose name I cannot recall (but I will update this report once I remember) she is extremely agrumentative and defensive. Tradetang.com is ridiculously prejudice, they advertise to Americans so they can rip us off, then call us liars!!!! The lady in the dispute dept literally said to me "We have to protect our sellers" "I cannot give you all your money back, because you may be lying" "provide pictures and I will negotiate amount of refund" WTF? Negotiate refund? I was so pissed off and only 21 at the time, I took the portion of my refund but I want the remainder. I want all of my money back, I am grown now with all the time and dedication in the world to take down TradeTang.com. I am warning all Americans DO NOT BUY from TradeTang.com
