Tradewater Machinery said they would refund $1500 for returned core but nothing was refunded. Princeton Kentucky
We spent $13,199.79 for a Rebuilt Transmission for our first order. Then we spent $5475 for a Torque Converter and was told if we return the core they would pay $1500. The freight charges on the Core return was $475. We contacted the Tradewater Machinery for the refund and they always said they will process and send the check. We will not give them our business or refer them to others. Hope I can help others who have the same problem.
