Traid Financial Harassment, Phone Calls... and best part, I am not a customer Internet
You guys will love this one, and it has been going on for over two years...
The good news is we are only talking about perhaps 5-6 calls over the course of just over 2 years now. Bad news is they will not stop.
I recieve a call, caller ID usually does not give me much info on the caller, claiming to be from "Triad Financial" and they are "trying to track down a client." They also always refuse to give me the name of the person calling, a way to get in contact with them, or any other way to report the issue.
They claim that they have my name, number and address on file as a "reference" for their client that they are looking for. They always ask for the same thing, a number or address to find their client. I ask what this is about and usually get a sharp attitude filled response that it is non of my concern but I "have to respond to them." Even going so far as to ask again in a threatening manner as if to suggest I am responsible and expect the calls to continue. So I and my wife always give then nothing, laugh, and usually hang up on them.
Roughly 2-3 months later we expect another call with the same story.
What gives here and how the hell do I get off their call list? As far as I am concerned it is irrelevant if I know the person or not it. Assuming I did I may have helped but I am never in the habit of handing out personal information on people I know to someone who refuses to tell me what this is about. Also, I consider it uber stupidity on their part to loss their client as well as it is to harass me about helping them out.
Thoughts, suggestions, comments?
