I just read Dave King's report and now have a sinking feeling in my stomach. I ordered my Pace-Edwards bedlocker on July 26th and have gotten the same run-around. They also charged my credit card right away for $1700 and change.

No e-mail or confrimation of order was ever sent. They do not return e-mails other than one to tell me that the product would be "shipped in a few weeks". It is now 9/3 and I have no clue where my stuff is. These guys may be legit, but I don't understand why they do not respond to e-mails or phone calls. The charging to my account is inexcusable given that they have not sent the product.

Finally got my stuff

Well..these guys are legit and have great prices, but they come in dead last for customer service. I finally got my stuff 6 weeks after ordering and being charged right when I ordered. During that whole time I was unable to speak to a live human, and my e-mails and messages went unanswered. Hopefully they will improve their customer service department. It took them a month just to respond to my initial filing of the rip-off report! Would I use them again? Maybe, but only because of the prices.

I need more customer info to look into this report. I am sure I can get something done concerning this matter. If you can, Please forward this info to the customer and I will be glad to research it and resolve this to the customer s satisfaction.

I have recently joined the company again in the chargeback department.

I do not have enough info at this time to research this. I need customers Last Name, and/or telephone number used when the order was placed. I would also like to know if this was a phone order? or a internet order.
