Dec 6, 2017: TrailDuty finally response saying "We are checking with Gobi about your order and have also submitted a Status Update Request via their web site. Apologies for the delay, but they have been extremely busy and are getting orders out asap. Thank you for your patience."
Dec 12, 2017: I requested reimbursement due to no follow up
Jan 10, 2018: After no resolution I again contacted them informing them that I am looking into options due to apparently being defrauded
