In Spring 2002, my husband left 48 vintage train engines, cars, and accessories for sale on consignment with Gezzi's Trains in Casper, WY. Only one payment in the amount of $55.50 was received from the owner William Gezzi.

Gezzi's Trains was subsequently purchased by Tony Noel and renamed Trains N Things. Throughout 2003, during periodic visits to Casper, my husband met with Tony to discuss monies due. To date, only one payment in the amount of $50 has been received from Tony. During at least 4 phone calls with me during Nov-Dec 2003, Tony committed to send balance due of $338 via PayPal, which has not been received.

On 12/15/03 I filed a complaint with the BBB. Trains N Things never responded and the complaint was closed, with Trains N Things receiving an unsatisfactory rating from the BBB.

In 12/03, we asked a friend in Casper to help remove remaining items from Tony's store. Tony worked with our friend to return ship, at our expense, unsold trains (approximately 20 items) to California. My husband called Tony in June, with Tony not providing a planned payment date.

These collectible trains were my husband's toys (1950-1960's) from childhood. They were left on consignment in Casper, due to the sale of my in-law's home. We would like payment in the amount of $338, per the terms of the consignment agreement.
