Complaint Review: Tralee Telephone

Found out that SBC were adding a charge to my monthly bill for the Tralee telephone Co. Called SBC who were unable (unwilling ?) to expalin who Traleee were and what the charge was for. Upon my insistence they removed the charge from my bill, and promised that someone in authority would call me asap to explain matters to me. 3 days later no one has called, and I do not expect them to.
Anyone who has had dealings of a similar nature with this company is requested to contact me through the rebuttal key to explain any action they may have taken, and what rresults were obtained.
