Complaint Review: Tralee Telephone

Follow the money trail. Tralee Telephone added a long distance charge Of $15.64 to my local phone bill as "direct dialed calls". No minutes were recorded nor was any long distance to be allowed on this number per our own request. This billing took place through a company called USBI which then passed the billing through our own local company, Valortelecom.

An additional $1.45 was added for Federal and State taxes. When questioned regarding these charges, Tralee and USBI said that we signed up for this on an internet site. This is a lie. We don't want ANY long distance company on our phone service; that's why we paid a fee to make sure this didn't happen approx 2 years ago. This all sounds suspicious to me and thats why I am going to pursue this to the FCC.
