COMPANY JOHN FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. 1800 498 3540 ADMITTED THAT BY SIMPLY SIGNING UP FOR AN ENTRY OR JUST INFORMATION GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO SIGN YOU UP FOR A CALLING CARD WHICH INCIDENTALLY IS NOT A "CARD" BUT AN "800" NUMBER". THEY IN TURN CHARGE YOUR LOCAL PHONE COMPANY WHO IS INNOCENT -

MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN UNKNOWINGLY CHARGED I HAVE STILL THREE MONTHS WORTH OF CHARGES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
PLS. CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY CALL THE FCC AND FILE A REPORT - THESE CHARGES ARE BEING CHARGED TO INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO NEVER NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANYTHING
I AM ALSO CALLING MY LOCAL TV CHANNELS AND LOCAL PAPERS WHO WILL ALSO DO A CHECK AND EXPOSE THESE PEOPLE - JIM FIUMARA SHOULD KNOW WHAT HE INHERITED IF HE DOESN'T ALREADY WE HAVE A LOCAL CONSUMER ADOVOCATE WHO I AM CONTACTING ALSO AND BELEIVE ME SHE WILL HELP SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BY ALERTING THE PUBLIC.

Mr. Jim Fiumara from Freespark.com who owns Tralee Telephone Company returned our phone call he also said it is okay to publish his phone number and email so here it is

According to Mr. Fiumara he understood our plight and noticed we had no charges on our "free calling card" he in turn promised to admonish all charges. I told him I would in turn follow up on an email
He explained his company's policies and was sincere - he also knew we had no idea we had a calling card (number) and explained also that people use the "calling card" then want reimbursed after using it.
I trust that Mr. Fiumara will follow up and hold true to his promise - please if you want call him he said he is "accessible"
I hope that in fact if there are any other positive responses that you will also write if you have been charged without knowledge of such as we had.
