To make this short; I was mislead by my representative Joyce from Transone after I decided not to proceed with any more payments besides the intially $897 deposit that was made the day my car was towed to a local shop. Not even 24hours later, she calls and tells me to deposit another $1130 the next day in order to send parts in to the shop; failure to make payment on time will result in $40per day in storage fees at the shop. Mind you I have never seen Joyce just talked to her on the phone and via email. I told her I did not have the money and the initial deposit of $897 (borrowed money) was towards my $997.37 quote for the repairs. I also informed her that I did not feel comfortable depositing more cash into an account with no guarantee that my car was even going to be fixed. I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund of initial deposit. I was then informed by Joyce that I would have to pay the shop (Evolution Auto Care) for the towing, diagnostic, labor and $40/day for vehicle storage which was approximately $850. I asked why Transone company could not reimburse the shop from my initial deposit? She informed me that protocol has changed the past two years due to customers recieving a refund and abandoning their car at the shop. I just wanted to get this nightmare over with at this point and needed my car towed out of the shop immediatley!

I called Joyce while at the shop and she informed me that I had to pay the shop in cash and email the reciept. I paid the shop and requested the shop to fax a reciept to her immediately before I even left the shop. I called Joyce shortly after to verify that she indeed recieved the reciept. She assured me that she did and in addition to making payment to the shop, I had to send her an email requesting a refund so she could forward to the refund department that did NOT have a direct number to contact. She informed me that a rep from the refund dpartment will contact me shortly. It has been 2 weeks and I have been calling/emailing my rep Joyce (,joyce@tranone2.com) Gary (gary@tranone2.com) and Marty marty@tranone2.com and no one has touched basis with me. In all I have spent almost $2000 and absolutely NOTHING was done to my car expect removal of my transmission in pieces. I need whoever that owns this company to contact me asap. I will do whatever it takes to get that deposit back; yes even if it means loosing out on more money! I called Better Buisness Bureau in DC, VA, and MD with three different numbers associated with this company before I even made the initial deposit and nothing was listed; don't understand how they are able to operate as a buisness after reading so many reports similar to my case. I have all documentation necessary and voice recordings of conversations with my rep. Joyce! I have done everything they asked me to do and I'm left high and dry. This company has $897 of my money for nothing because I already reimbursed the shop for the towing, diagnostic, labor and storage fees. I need this money back at all cost!
