I sold merchandise to this individual (store owner) / Tranquility Alley (store) thru ebay. Paypal advised me bad funds were used and debited my account.
I have tried calling the store and individual and never receive returned phone calls. Upon investigating this company I found the they were selling my unpaid merchandise on their website.
I've contacted the BBB and they tried to help, but this person keeps saying it was an employee that used their ebay account to make purchase. However the delivery confirmation from the post office shows that Anita Bolsoni the owner signed for my merchandise at delivery. Also, if an employee why is my merchandise being sold on her store website? The BBB says can no longer do anymore for me and will file unsatisfactory on their end.

This woman Anita is the same person. She uses multiple first and last name combinations to keep people off her trail and to pass to blame to fictitious people. Never do business with this person. Her site is a scam.

This company once again has tried to come up with another clever story, but those of us who have been ripped of by them know better. They use to blame all of this on an old employee, but since none of us victims have bought into that story, they now say they have been robbed of their checks & credit cards and others are using their accounts....
If that were true then why are they selling the stolen merchandise ON THEIR OWN website???
Be sure to check with the BBB of Illinois before doing any business with this company or person. This company has numerous Criminal Complaints filed against them and all of this will be catching up with them soon. Don't let yourself be the next victim.

Briefcase / handbag was stolen - fraud on our account

We have been a victim of fraud as the owner's handbag was stolen which included all ID, Personal and Business checks, credit cards everything. These kids/teenagers attempted to write checks fraudulently at numerous stores, ebay, and stole money. We have fraud alerts on the personal and business credit files due to this. This has been a horrible experience for all involved and we are very sorry this person has caused this.
But this is not TranquilityAlley's fault or A. Bolsoni's fault. This report should be deleted in full as we have the reports of the fraud. Thank you an we hope you never have to experience what we have. It's the most invasive feeling to have your identity stolen and compromised.
