Complaint Review: TRANQUILITY ALLEY ANITA L. BOLSONI

Purchased and was charged $301.85 on 3/2/08 for a pet carrier. Never received. Numerous phone calls and emails. Got one promise that credit was issued but that it had to be mailed to me. Today they tell me that their mail was returned and that I need to confirm my address again. I need advise on how to get my money back. Obviously from BBB reports and from this website, there are numerous complaints about this company all coming from the same type of experience. "Take the money and run" We need to get the company shut down and monies returned!
