Ordered a bag from Tranquility Alley online. Product appeared to be in stock with no indication ever state otherwise. Paid extra for 3 day shipping. After several weeks and multiple attmepts to contact them I was told the product was backordered and being specially ordered. Funny how it was last years item and no longer available unless you already had inventory. I told them I wanted the order cancelled due to poor service and no contact about back orders, etc.

I was sent an email saying the order would be cancelled and a refund issued. Two weeks later when I finally was able to get a response from them again about my refund I was told the product arrived and was shipped out. Nothing they could do. Then they said I could send it back for store credit. Credit for what? Nothing is in stock.

They've had my money for over a month now and I still don't have anything to show for it but rude online transcripts and emails full of stall tactics. I've asked repeatedly for a tracking number or even the company they shipped the product through but they can't seem to come up with that proof anywhere. They claim they've tried to contact us several times to discuss the situation but have no proof of that. They also blame their confusion on moving locations.

I was promised a refund and am not getting it. Filed with the Better Business Bureau and found they have 46 complaints for similar offenses and have a poor rating and are being contacted once again by the BBB. Not only is the service poor and the website inadequate for showing inventory or availability, but the staff is rude and just plain dumb. Their smart a*s stall tactics and condecending emails are so unprofessional I can't believe it.

I would recommend that no one shop there ever if you value your time and money.

It appears that Tranquility Alley has changed their name to Ideel World (Ideelworld.com).  Maybe an attempt to hide their horrible past as Tranquility Alley.  If you find this post while searching for Ideelworld.com, make sure you read the reviews for Tranquility Alley before shopping.
