Tranquility Alley Did not send item, charged me twice, won't return calls, won't return emails, complete rip off Elmhurst Illinois

I purchased a Juicy Couture tote bag from tranquilityalley.com online. I paid for the item and expected to hear something. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted them via email and phone with no response. Upon receiving my card statement, the item was charged TWICE.

So, now I have no item, AND I've been charged twice for it...not to mention that I am not receiving any return emails or phone calls from the company.

They do not answer the phone, nor do they staff the 'online representative' feature on the website.

I'm now out approx. $300 (two charges) with no bag to show for it and no one to contact. Trying to contact the company is a headache...they do not make it easy to find the phone number on the site.

At this point, I would LOVE to receive my item...be refunded for one of the duplicate charges...and be done, never to purchase from Tranquility Alley again.
