Tranquility Alley I paid $700 and received one purse. Still waiting for the rest of my stuff! Chicago Illinois
I ordered 2 Juicy Couture Bags which advertised 15% discount. When I checked it out it did not apply the discount. I was charged for FEDEX, yet I received 1 of the 2 bags a month later.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and now they demand that I pay $700 for stuff that I don't have. To this day I have yet to receive my other Juicy Bag.I have called this place so many times. No one ever answers the phone.
I have communicated with them via email. Yet in their email response there is no name of whom i am communicating with. It sounds shady!
My issue is still unresolved.

We would like to comment on this as we specialize in unique, rare collections of handbags, carriers, jewelry etc in our Boutique. In this situation we special ordered the two items. When the shipments arrived we shipped out one of the items and then refunded the last item to the client. Thank you!
