Complaint Review: Tranquility Alley Inc.

I ordered a Juicy couture Tracksuit online through PayPal to Tranquility Alley, they accepted my money and then never sent me anything, saying it was backordered. Then they sent me a knock off tracksuit that was not what I ordered, wrong size color style etc. I sent it back priority and with delivery confirmation. They said they were sorry and they'd give me a refund.
they never gave me a refund or anything.
they are ignoring all my emails, the recording they have at the fake number never returns my calls.
they are never on the "online help" they have. they stole 200 dollars of mine.
i would like it or the product.
they are scammers.
I contacted the BBB and they have many many other people who have been ripped off by them.
they need to go to jail.
