Complaint Review: Trans Am Financial Services

I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company!! I signed up with them to factor my freight bills three months ago. Currently 12% of the invoices I have submitted were not funded on time according to our contract. I have been treated with astonishing rudeness and disrespect by their employees and supervisors. Multiple times have been assured that the problems were resolved and yet the issues continue. It takes forever to actually get to speak with a supervisor, if you can at all. I may have to finish the one year contract but I will be moving away from them as soon as possible!!  They make a lot of promises but seem to have very little follow through. Don't fall for the sales hype like I did!!
