I drove for this company for 1 yr and was ripped off big time. 1st truck was leased for 2 & 1/2 years, but it broke down 5 times in 5 months. Kept asking for a  different truck and was told none was avaible each time. These brake downs were costing me loads and time sitting, not makeing money.

Finialy got a differnt truck signed a 6mons lease was told all my maintence money would go over  to next truck but would lose my lease completion bonous.

Finished my lease up on May 17, 2010. Had drivern about 65000 miles in that time, so was expecting a good bonouse. One week beofre this I was told I had about $1200.00 in my maintence account.

The last week I drove I had my last student with me and we drove over 3,000 miles for the week. So I had figured my finial settlement would be around $5000.00 total.

Boy was I surprised, it took 3 weeks to get my finial pay check for the 3,000 miles whhich was $95.00 and with  reasons why when I called. It took another 2 weeks to get my bonous check which was $600.00 (includeing my deposits) by the time they got done with me I recieved a little over $900.00 for my settlement .

I was charged for any and everything they could think of includeing to have a mirror repainted on my truck that was done by another company   while I was parked and reported it that day with all the needed info for the insurnce companys involved.

It also took them the 6 months to send me my finial statement on the first truck and it says I was in the hole on my maintence account at the time.  I wounder why it took 6 months to get that????

I am still going thru all the paper work they sent me but it takes time because they dont do things in a simply way . will keep this up dated  when I have more

I too am a Lease op. The promises made and what actually happens are totally different. If you are even thinking about driving for this company, think again. Unless you like staying out on the road and driving for nothing. Than this is the company for you. If you like to set and wait 2 or 3 days for a load, If you like to be sent to one place to pick up and then be told the load cancelled and drive another 300 miles to the next place a load might be. Than this company is for you. I've been with the company over 6 months now and I am so far behind with my personal home bills it isn't even funny anymore. Everytime I ask for more miles I sit longer and wait. For the past 6 weeks I've gotten no settlements and I'm in the hole with the leaseing dept. Everything I thought I owned at home is close to being repoed. After being away from home for 6 weks I have nothing and I mean nothing to show for it. not one red cent. Every dime goes in to the truck. Most of for fuel so you can del. the load when you get one. The fuel surcharge covers less than half of what it actually cost for the fuel you need. Trust I tried everything to increase the the mileage I got but nothing works. Its all in the way thier mechanics have the trucks set and you cant do anything to have it changed. SO if you really want to drive for this company I suguest you sell everything you own, get a divorce if your married, and then you'll be ready. If you dont do this first, It's just a matter of time and it will happen. Good Luck
