Complaint Review: Trans national motor organization Aka TMO

i received a phone call from TMO late one evening in october 2002.the rep who contacted me spoke very poor english,so i asked her to mail me the information
the next thing i knew they subtracted $137 from my bank account. i immediately phoned them and spoke to a rep named RICHARD LEWIS who assured me i would get a refund;two weeks passed and instead of getting a refund TMO subtracted another $63 from my bank account
i called TMO again and a rep named JOSEPH JONES told me the refund was approved and i should receive the refund in a few days.

STILL NO REFUND; i phoned TMO every wek in november december 2002 and jan,feb&march 2003; I WAS CONTINUALLY

TOLD THE CHECK WOULD BE IN MY HANDA SHORTLY.

IN DESPERATION I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE attorney generals office OF THE STATE IF IOWA I ALSO HAVED FILED A REPORT WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY OF henderson,nv.iam retired and have leukemia
