Complaint Review: Trans Tech Corp (TTC)

Richard Quigley of Trans Tech Corporation located in Sacramento, California contracted us to custom manufacture parts for the railroad industry.  Payment was due 30 days after we supplied the parts to his customers.  He has invoiced his customer for parts we supplied and collected money on the products and disappeared from the scene.  It has been more than eight months now and he fails to respond to requests for payment.  This man cannot be trusted,  do not engage in any kind of business with him. Collections and legal proceedings are being started against this company and Mr. Quigley.
