Trans-United, Inc in Miami, Florida Lied and Violated Release and Settlement of Claim , Internet
Last December 2009, I signed a contract with WeHaul agent who assigned Trans-United, Inc carrier to take care my moving from Kansas City to Westminster, CA. That is a long nightmare for me to deal with their staffs to now. The driver call me 2 hours in advance before the load time, then 7 dalay days on the delivery day and then later the way they handle missing and damaged items. After 5 months to figure out who responses for missing items, I'm tired of their lied promisses and agreed to sign on the Release and Settlement of Claim they sent to me. They promissed will send a check imediately. Now, they turn to another lied way, they did not send a check to me. The $60 settlement claim check is not worth with a thousands of Dollars on my damaged and missing items and the time I spent to deal with them, but I want to fight for the customer's right. I keep to call them once a week to see and any time they were promissing will send the check since May10 to now, but they did not. Unbelievable, in the last 5 months, their business phone numbers (305)623-2919, then (305)945-0093 and even 1-800-492-2419 are not valid service anymore. I have to search their new phone 1-877-687-4250 and talked someone in the customer service, again they skeep lied response and they let me hold until I have to give up to hang up the phone.
I've tried to contact with WeHault Agent to help and WeHault also tried but cannot reach the response from Trans-United Inc. WeHault has stopped business with them and some agent companies also not verify them (see http://www.123movers.com/moving_service.asp?tarns_united_miami_fl ). If you are searching moving company, please AVOID service from Trans-United, Inc in Miami, FL (http://transunitedinc.com or http://transunitedinc.net).
Can someone advise what the customer's right should do when they try to ignore to pay a settlement claim check?
