Trans United inc. The Movers Group overcharge, refuse to refund, delay, obfuscation Internet
Simply put, don't use them. They no only were late on both pick up and delivery, they changed the terms of my contract at the door, and provided possibly the worst customer service I've experienced in the U.S. Worst of all, they flat out defrauded me. They gave me a quote and then told me the weight was significantly more once it was loaded. Not trusting them, I had them re-weigh it upon delivery. The difference was 600 lbs. I had to pay the original amount to get my stuff released and then pursue a refund. Weeks later, they have refused to give it to me. And they have worked to insulate themselves from small claims by taking jobs across the country but providing for a forum selection clause in Florida that prevents most people from bringing claims.
