Complaint Review: Transam Associates MT Professional

I bought this software and I cannot get it to work. I also cannot get any helpful advice or answers from my so called personal trainer. I bought the USB kit for the foot pedal so I could use it on my laptop and it will not work at all.

Please help me get my money back someone. I bought the so called software a year ago so I could work from home due to pregnancy bedrest and so I could stay home with my baby once she was born. I cannot get anything to work and have emailed my personal trainer for help on starting the training and not getting any response for months now.

Do not buy this software. My friend told me about it and we both bought it and neither one of us have ever been able to get it to work. I think this company should be persecuted for selling a scam and software package that does not work. Also for promising a job in medical transcription.

In all of their paperwork they guarantee their product and a job. I think their site should be shut down and they should have to refund everyone. MTProfessional.com shows you a software package like they are going to mail it to you with some free medical dictionarys and all they do is have you download a link that gives you a little box on your computer with a play button.

Hopefully others will comment or read this and we can get something done about this.
