I returned incorrect auto part (order # 2960600) via company return policy with RA#4-550036 on 6/13/07. After calling company and speaking to the following:
6/20 Ryan
6/26 Ava
6/29 Leo
7/9 David
7/17 Frederick
7/23 Paul
I was advised repeatedly that I will get an e-mail notice of my refund status within 48 hours, but the company policy is that refunds to credit cards take up to 30 business days. There was never a question of the part not being received (Fed EX Tracking # 348972310003125), but only the same consistant rely. I have asked to speak to the owner or supervisor with each call, only to be left on hold for periods exceeding 30 minutes.
