I received a phone call requesting the person who ordered toner. That particular employee was not present so the lady on the phone told me the scenario, which is as follows.

They claim that the price of the toner that we ordered was raised prior to the date that we ordered it. As it was their fault we were not informed of the price change, they were going to send us the toner at the old price, but needed a signature acknowledging that we now were aware of the new price.

As I was not informed about the toner, and a novice at dealing with fraudulent companies, I signed the fax and sent it back. Not long after, we received a box of toner that was not at all the correct toner for our machine, which is strange as they verified the model number with me on the phone. It has taken many personnel hours as well as expensive phone calls to try and get this cleared up.

The company, when you can get someone on the phone as I have only receive an answering machine when I call, is "appalled" by what the sales rep told me. If this has already happened to you, just threaten to throw out the product without paying the bill and they will call you back. If you haven't received the call yet, be forewarned, JUST HANG UP!!!
