Transcend Information Did not honor $20 rebate for SD Card Internet

I purchased a 2GB SD 150X Transcend SD Card (TS2GSD150) from ZipZoomFly.com on December 12th, 2005. A $20 manufacturer rebate was valid for the item if purchased from zipzoomfly.com from 12-07-05 to 12-21-05. I sent in the rebate form along with the online purchase order and barcode as instructed by the rebate form on 12-20-05. On February 1st, I received an email from Transcend and a URL for the rebate status which said this:
"The receipt you submitted is from a non-qualifying store.

You will receive a letter or postcard describing this problem. The letter or postcard may have instructions on how to correct this error."

I have never received the postcard, I replied to their customer service via the web site and did not get any reply. I have contacted zipzoomfly.com via email a couple of times asking what I should do and they don't provide any guidance other than 'Please feel free to contact us if you need anything else.'

I will not shop with them again or purchase another Transcend item.
