On May 18, 2014, I placed orders 254837 and 254838 on YourFree360Games.com, a site run by Transcendent Innovations a.k.a. TRAINN. Per their site, the estimated shipment date for both orders was May 25, 2014, although the help sections on their site do indicate that orders can take up to 2 weeks to process and be shipped. On May 28, 2014, I did submit a support ticket requesting an update/estimate on the processing of both orders, which has been ignored as of June 3, 2014. On June 2, 2014, I sent emails to contact@trainn.org, paypal@trainn.org, alan@trainn.org and proof@trainn.org (the other three email addresses I found via internet search) requesting updates on these orders, but based on previous experience with this company they will also be ignored.

I was willing to give this company a second chance after they resolved my last issue, but if they are going to take 4-6 months to fulfill orders then they need to update the terms and conditions on their site to reflect accurate processing times. Additionally, if they are not going to respond to support tickets, then maybe there should not be  a ticket system.
