I had gotten a phone stating that my modeling pictures qualified me to go to Orlando Fashion Rock.

Of course i was very excited, they had just tolod me I had a chance at winning a $100,000 dollare modeling contract!

Then after they pumped me up, they said how would you like to pay for this, Visa-Mastercard-american express?---shoocked and confused I got out my credit card.

then I was told that the modeling event, that I was "congratulate dinto wining a chance at going, was going cost me $895.00!!!!!!!

The next day I was really pissed they had done this to me. I found out it was non-refundable and didn't eevn cover the cost of the plane ride.

Yes, i had just been suckered into buying a 2 day vaction for $1,200 with plane ride from tctalent!!!!

They must be making millions off of this event! My boyfriend can't even come because it would cost him an additional $895.00 to stay in the same room at the event!!!!

Hey Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirit and health.

WHEEEW!! Boy I gotta give it to pizza face Hoffman, Dahmer/child molester look-a-like, the ever so discusting "Pearl man" and the other fat dude. You all have some pretty big balls!!

I personally, would have fleed the country by now, had my photographs appeared on the internet, if I had your shady reputation, and I new I ripped off as many people as you folks so blatantly have. But I would imagine you folks are quite used to prison life by now.

You know, I would never condone or support violent behavior, but it would not surprise me if someday in the near future, someone took it upon themselves to rearrange the face of a scam artist, to protect him or herself from extortionists.

After all, fraudulent businesses nowadays use lawyers to rob people behind closed doors, "extortion for hire" so the speak. Man I'm out of here for now. I want no part of this. Don't ever f#ck!ng blame me or anyone else for anything, that happens as a result of your scam.

I will NOT be held accountable for promoting violence. I am a PEACEMAKER just stating the inevitible. You scam artists brought this on yourselves and truly deserve whatever happens to you. WOW!! Photos of wrongdoers on the internet, man that's gotta suck.

Until next time, take care cause i care Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Eye On Suspicious Businesses

Hey Brook,

I hope that his rebuttal finds you in good spirit and health.

Unless you were made aware of any tape recorded converstations beforehand, any and all tape recorded converstaions would be considered inadmissable in court.

Recorded converstions hold very little water in most states and may actually be illegal in a few. Check your state law on the legalities of recording such conversations, for they differ from state to state.

Legitimate businesses ALWAYS find written and signed contracts, more favorable than oral contracts. Fraudulent businesses and major scam operations, prefer to use recorded telephone conversations, for it makes wonderful traps.

Don't ever let fraudulent businesses intimidate you. Sure they may have a lot of money, but in most cases such as this one, the employees are often uneducated, ethically and morally enept, ignorant, and cannot seem to comprehend the difference between right and wrong.

Sooner or later, a fraudulent company will inevidibly stiff the wrong person. Hopefully for many sooner. It's just a matter of time. You see, it's all a numbers game.

Hopefully someday in the near future, employees of fraudulent companies will use some common sense and realize, that scamming people is never worth living day to day in constant danger and fear and with the slight possibility of someday bumping into that wrong someone, who they have literally stolen money from.

But for the time being, with the enormous lack of government and law enforcement assistance, all we can do is wait it out... and be appreciative to the creator of this website, Frank and the rest of the staff and all of rip off reports loyal supporters like the Fraud Chick, and the like.

Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

P.S. Take the Fraud Chick's advice and dispute any and all charges immediately. I have disputed fraudulent services, by the John Beck Mentoring Institute and won unanimously. You can do the same with this company, for NONE of the rebuttals, by anyone at this company, proves any of the reports against it false, to the contrary or otherwise.

Never allow anyone, at any company, to intimidate you from disputing charges. It's your right as a consumer to dispute quality of products and or services.

Question on TCT

#8Consumer Comment

Fri, March 21, 2003

My friend is also invited to go the the TCT, Orlando Fashion Rock event. She is actually following up on this modeling with them. I was wondering what is the actually cost of this trip? My friend told me she only had to pay $100 and a plane ticket. I am curious if this is the actually amount she only have to pay ( this includes the 2-day trip of hotel and food). Is she going to be rip-off after she goes to it? I want to warn her but she feels that the TCT is going to help her with her modeling career.

To "hell" with "non-refundable"...

Brooke,

File a chargeback on your credit card right this minute. You don't need their permission to get your money back.

Don't let them intimidate you with threats like, "we've recorded your phone conversation." Unless they've recorded the whole conversation from "hello" to "goodbye" it's no good in court. Good cons never tape record their initial "hook," which makes most judges suspicious.

Get your moolah back from your credit card company and warn all of your friends.

Good Luck,
