my name is steve and my friend Joey Fatone is one of the members of N*SYNC. I've read what a lot of people have said about the companies that joined with lou's transcontinental companies. I believe it's TCTalent, that used to be Options Talent.

If you think you had it bad....read this. Joey was acting as the Wolfman at Universal STudios, a big theme park here in Orlando where we all live. One day this guy from Lou's company says he's putting together a band and someone had recommended Howie (I think it was Justin Timberlake who knew Howie). Now Howie was making good money as a performer at Universal, probably 20,000-25,000 a YEAR. but he QUITS the job based on promises from Lou Pearlman and his staff.

Lou invests a few million (2-3) to get the band up and running and put them on tour in Germany....but wait, HERE'S THE CATCH. LOU MAKES HIMSELF ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GROUP- so instead of only getting 5-15% of the cut like a regular manager, he get's 1/6, or ALMOST 17% of everything, every CD sold, every t-shirt poster and whatever, he get's 1/6th.

talk about a ripoff scam artist, deceptive sob.

I can't believe they allowed this but they were young and desperate. so now joey has only made 45 million, when, if fat lou hadn't taken his 1/6th, all 5 guys in the group would've made another 9 or 10 million each. they got so ripped off. I mean they lost 9 million each!!! and all they have to show for it is 45 million.

lou pearlman really ripped them off bad/ help them get their 9 million back. write lou and let him know you don't appreciate him taking $9 an hour employees and making them multi-millionaires.

STOP HIM BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOUR KIDS.

I understand the frustration of not having all the money possibly due him, but would he even have the $45 million if it had not been for the talent scout? Would he have anything or would he be sitting back at the Magic Kingdom on his $20-$25K/year? I think Lou did a fantastic job of getting the band up and running. Rather than being deragatory, why not be grateful?
