They purposely delay payments months longer than the industry average and most time you need to harass them to get anywhere. The owner Gregg Baier makes promises and never delivers. DO NOT do work for this company as you will be working for free!
When you call there offices, no one ever picks up a phone, I have tried their accounting department, appraiser vendor management department and their sales department. No one ever picks up the phone to help.
