Transfirst is helpful and respectful when setting up the account.  Transfirst processing fees are too high.  They also cancel your account for arbitrary reasons.  I have perfect credit, no problems or issues, and a young customer service agent decided to cancel the account because my business was "exclusionary." We had no chargebacks and yet they cancelled the account.   Crystal didn't understand the business so she arbitrarily cancelled the account.  We had to reverse the sales and we had to use another merchant processor.  Crystal, the manager in the risk department, is arbitrary.  She sounds professional and "nice" but simply doesn't take the appropriate time to learn about her customer before making a rash decision. There's no information on what business they consider exclusionary--they cancelled the account without giving an appropriate reason.  Their loss.

It's not worth it to set up the account since Crystal at Transfirst (Risk Department), is going to cancel the account arbitrarily.  They asked for my websites and that was provided.  We provide business to business solutions.  It's a simply business model.  There's nothing risky.   You're better off with another provider. 

If I would have check ripoffreport.com prior to wasting my time in the opening the account, I wouldn't have wasted a week of my time.  I was recently approved with another merchant processor in less then 24 hours.

I suggest you shop around.  There's no reason to give Transfirst the high fees for poor service.  Do your homework and step forward carefully.  Good luck with all your endeavors.
