Signed a contract with Transflorida on 9-27-07 with a depost of $45,000.00. In mid October they brought an architcts drawing and said they need additional moneys to summit the plans and order the materials.

On 11-14-07 they sent some one down to pick up a check for $20,000.00. After not hearing from them for a couple of weeks I started making phone calls and told they the package was completed to submit for the plans and they were getting ready to submitt them. This went on for weeks.

In Feb 08 I was told they had to make some changes to the plans and I would have to sign the new drawings before they could be submitted and when would I be avalibale to sign them. I made the appointment for them to come to my home. They never showed this went on untill the begining of March and have never heard from since. The total contract was for $125,000.00.

David Jungmann was the salesman and the only person I saw form the company. I had some other work done thru David thru another company and that work was compledted with no problems. When I had mentioned what I wanted to do over the pool is when he told me he worked for a company that did that work and he is the one that came back with the contract.

I had David's email address and sent him an email on April 7that Transflorida had not returned my phone calls for weeks and nothing had been done. He sent me an email back the next day as follows.

"hi joe i am not working with fransflorida any more but i talked to mike clark and he said plans changed due to ezzment rights he said all the plans are now done and ready for permiting ill try to help any way i can joe but im in gorgia hope everything gos well."

That is the last I have heard. I had to remortage the house to get the money to pay for the pool enclosure. An now with out that money I can not have another company do the work. Due to health problems I need to be able to use the pool all year long and now I can not do that Mr Mike Clark has jeportized my healt. Any advice or help would be greatrly appreciated.
