Needed my vehicle shipped from Bremerhaven, Germany to Jacksonville, Florida and had to use the services of Transglobal...big mistake. I opted for door to door shipping which was ok, they came when they said they would come and the delivery was on time according to their schedule. They also kept me informed of the arrival times and stayed on schedule. What I have a problem with is the lack of professionalism of their crew during shipping. When my vehicle arrived at Jacksonville port, the truck driver assigned to transport my vehicle from Jacksonville to Navarre immediately noticed the emblems missing from both sides of my front fenders. He took pictures and sent them to me and I inturn forwarded those pics to Transglobals' office. After a month and a half of their deliberating, they sent me a email saying that because the damage was below the deductible, they wouldn't reimburse me for the cost of my emblems. This is no way to treat a customer that entrusted his or her vehicle to their care that it would be completely cared for. I will not do business with such a company that doesn't have their customers' best interest as a priority. These people are horrible, absolutely horrible...I was raised to respect the property of others and if it's your profession, then you treat it as if it's yours.
