Representative from Ontario Canada called to tell me I was eligible for a $4,500 Mastercard and Visa for a one time fee of $199. My account was charged $199 on 9/11/02, and several weeks later, I received a credit card (not MC or Visa) to purchase items from their catalog ONLY. I called for refund, leaving numerous messages on their voicemail, but they never responded. I tried today, but found their phone number is not in service.
