I got this company to translate my daughter's birth certificate from Russian into English to assist with her immigration to Australia. This company is incompetent. I needed to instruct them what to write multiple times and how to interpret my daughter's birth certificate because the translator had no idea what some sections of the birth certificate said. The translator's name is Alice Messerer, she is obviously not a native Russian speaker and using her service is a waste of money. I could have done a better job than her, but only used her service because the birth certificate needed to be NAATI certified.
