Transmission Center Inc Duluth Georgia has had my car over months and I cannot get it back - But I have Paid Them in Full
I have taken my Jeep to Transmission Center 4 times since October. This past time it has been in the shop over 2 months. They then took it to Hayes Chrysler Plymouth without my knowledge or consent and the bill frfom Hayes is $1000. I have already paid Transmission Center in full for $1400. I want my car back and I want my payments/insurance for the past 3 months reimbursed to me. I have tried small claims court and there is a 6 month wait. I need my car back now.

I'm sorry it has already cost you $1400.00 but you need to pay the $1000.00 and get you car back -- as they put it in legal ease -- to lessen your damages. If you don't do that, when you get to court the judge will be much less sympathetic to your case. You will then have to be patient -- prepare your case carefully -- and leave emotion at the door when you present your case. Hope it works out.
