I purchased a transmission for my 2005 Trailblazer after speaking with Pat and Kevin.  It was supposed to be shipped directly to my mechanic 2 days after payment was made.  I called because I had not received a tracking number and was told it was shipping the next day.  I received a tracking number the next day and felt better about my purchase until the transmission arrived.  I specifically ordered a transmission for a 4x4 and was sent a transmission for a 4x2.

I immediately called to report the issue and was told I must have changed the order.  I went to the original order I was sent to prove I ordeded a 4x4.  I called every other day for more than 2 weeks because each time I was told my transmission was shipping out that day but I would never receive a tracking number.  I finally had to threaten with a law suit and the transmission shipped the next day, however I was charged shipping for both transmissions.  The transmission arrived and looked good and the other transmission was shipped to someone else.

I have called just about every day regarding my refund for the error in shipping and have not received it to date.  I originally purchased the transmission in the beginning of May and it arrived May 25th.  I have been told several times by Kevin thsat it is on the conroller's desk and he is putting the refund at the top of the pile.  Now he will not take or return my calls.

To make matters worse, on July 21 my new transmission blew out on the highway due to a bad seal on the pump.  We called both Pat and Kevin.  Kevin finally reurned the call from my mechanic and told him the replacement transmission would be shipped in the next 2 days.  He provided a tracking number that is invalid and we are still waiting on the transmission.  Furthermore, I now have to pay for the labor again for a transmission that lasted less than 90 days.  He once again is not accepting or returning phone calls from my mechanic now who is trying to get my vehicle out of his shop!

Do not do business with this company, you will regret it in the long run and the warranty that is provided is not worth the paper it is written on.  A 4 year warranty and I can't get a replacement after less than 90 days of having the transmission!
