Complaint Review: Transplant Transmissions

They have stole my money and my time, so I will not let them take much more. Just the quick facts here.

Read the many negative reports on them and the better business beaurough score of an F from all of the unresolved complaints. Look at Yahoo yellow page reports by googling transplant Plus transmissions. Why didn't I do this before using them??? You do get what you pay for!

1. I ordered a transmission from them and made them confirm what Vince promised in writing, that they would guarantee the core charge regardless of the shape of the transmission. He did to make the sale.

2. I received the rebuilt transmission: to the wrong location, and the wrong transmission.

3. He wanted to charge me for shipping if we kept the original to make sure it matched up when they sent a new one. Eventually they did send a replacement, after much hassle.

4. It fit.

5. After 3 months of waiting for a refund on the returned core, they now told me they wont give me the refund, as the core was damaged, which I told them was the case, and had them sign that they guarantee the core charge refund once he receives the transmissions back, regardless of condition.

6. Now its up to the credit card company and lawyers. DONT USE THEM!!!!

I am certain I will have problems with this transmission soon.
