In flight from Austin, Tx to St Louis, Mo. When I arrived, I discovered my Dell Computer had been stolen out of my checked bag. Called TSA immediately. They said they would send me claim forms. Didn't offer to do anything else. Then they told me to Contact American Airlines, whom I had flown. American Airlines refused any responsibility. Told me to contact TSA. Took TSA agent in Austin 3 days to return my (5) calls. I went on a wild-goose chase calling one airline, security agency, police, and insurance after another. Besides having to talk to about 20 recorded machines, the most irritating thing was when the TSA agent said basically it was my fault for not locking my suitcase! How many of you Americans think you're cooperating with security by leaving it unlocked? BEWARE, no one is supervising the security agents!
