On July 28, 2016 I was attempting to obtain my free credit reports.  As I was reviewing my bank statements to prepare my taxes I noticed a reoccuring fee of $19.95/month coming out of my bank account since August 2016.  I called the number and uncovered Transunion's scam.  Customer Service reps told me I was charged $1 for the "free" credit report and had been automaticlly signed up for an account I neither needed nor wanted (a "free" 30 day trial of some service I don't understand).  I didn't cancel the account within the 30 day period, so the monthly charge automaticly went into effect. The CS Rep offered to cancel the service & refund one month's charge.  I asked for the supervisor and was promised 5 months refund ($99.75).  That is still two months short of a full refund.  I will dispute the balance of the charges ($40.90) through my bank.
