Transunion transunion locked me out of credit monitoring service for life and by no action of my own chester PA

I am in the process of refinancing my home into a conventional instead of paying so high of MIP with a FHA loan. i have been approved but was told if I could raise my scores slightly i could get even a better interest rate. hearing this i started investigating things and fixed my reports with Experian and Equifax pretty quickly and easily. The mistakes were minor, so i went on to transunion and read about all the reasons i should get a credit monitoring service to protect my credit and name from identy theft. i tried to log into and sign up with transunion credit monitoring service provided to the general public for a price of $19.95 per month.

i was unsuccessful while attemting so i called transunion and they told me their system has a lock on my name for life. i will not ever be getting off this list no matter what that it was company policy. i ask why they said they did not know that their system just states that. i was confused about this as it has been 8 years since i bought my home. i thought about it all day and came home to do research. i found that in 2007 others had the same issue, and that back then if you checked your credit to many times that you would have been locked out. I admit that i was with true credit back then and i checked it almost 2 to 3 times a week learning and researching.

well i stopped true credit and i have not logged into transnion since 2007.  this isnt right, i should not be on this famous locked list and be provided what is offered to the general public. i feel this is slandering my name and it bothers me. i know this case might be weird. I am attacking all ways i can to get this corrected. during my research i found that i should create a complaint with the CFPB (consumer protection financial protection) which i did now i am contacting channel 13 to see if they will help. one other time i had a problem and Marvin Zindler fixed it with just a email, so i am tring it again. please help fix this for me and others that this has happend to.
