Complaint Review: Tranunion Consumer Relations

I have a paypal credit card and decided to increase the credit line since my income went up. I received a letter from the following address

My credit score was 636 on april 16,2020. I could not believe this because the past fall 2019 my credit score was above 700 and paid all bills rent, car, credit cards. The credit reporting agency is Transunion. I have gone round and round with these people and have filed State and Federal complaints and with the Washington State Attorney Generals Office. Most of my records have been Notarized and Apostille. I have also filed arbitration claims against TransUnion as well. I would like to have the above listed people who keep public records financial reports to a legal court room where I can show all receipts showing payments including certified mail and file a formal complaint against TransUnion, and others who cannot and will not protect Consumer rights such as the FCRA and FDCPA.
