Complaint Review: Tranz Parts Inc.

Tranz Parts Inc. sold me a 700r4 transmission that will not shift from second to third gear. When I called them, they acted at first like they were concerned and wanted to help. Leo is the guy I talked to. He told me that a valve might be stuck eventhough they test all transmissions before they ship,and to try shifting manually from second to third "real fast" and also to slam the gas pedal to the floor.This sounds like bullsh** to me.When I called back the next five times, Leo was at the doctor. Every time! Now they aren't answering the phones. This tranny was supposed to be high performance. Good for 500HP, but it doesn't even work.
