Nov. of 2007 I purchased a transmission from Tranzparts. I ran across their transmissions on Ebay and seemed that they offerd alot of good bang for the buck on their 4L60E transmission. They described the transmission I wished to purchase , it had the "Beast" sunshell , corvette servo , all the good stuff to make it excellent for towing . On a wednesday I called Scott Yaslow to discuss the transmission that would fit my needs , he immediately offerd a little better transmission with converter and said that he could get it out promptly , seeing how my vehicle was down and I needed it up and and running ASAP ! Tuesday of the following week no tranny. I called and talked to Desirae. She was unaware of my order, the trans was not shipped , and I had to again provide them with the model and year of the truck , what stage of tranny that I was promised , and what parts it was to have !?!

Needless to say I was real nervous about what I might receive . I will give them this-they were true to their word. My partner and I met the truck at the business parking lot bright and early Thursday morning . What I unloaded really scared me. The pallett looked like it had been through WWIII, not only was the transmission incorrect for the shift controls, the tailshaft speedometer hookup were in correct my model year, no bosses on the tranny for the shift linkage , I was hot! To top it off, the tranny was dirty , the converter looked very used with aerosol cap just setting on top of the opening .

Fortunately I have quite a bit of automotive mechanical experience, so I called talked to Desirae and let her know I was very upset ,explained my problem , she gave the head tranny guy and he assured me that it work if I wished to switch the tail shaft assembly and linkage, it would be O.K. At the time it was my only transportation , so I did the swap from my old tranny . I reluctantly installed it , and have faught with a P1860 code ever since . I had to fight to get a receipt , warranty in writing , After all they had forgotten that I had bought a transmission from them !?!? They sent me a nasty dirty valve body with harness to take care of my P1860 Code , it still HAS it. They said I would have to Yank the trans, send it back for them to fix it . I feel hopeless , the converter still does not lock up @#$<. i would at least like a refund but every time call it is just another run around hellllpppp.>
