Travel 4 Less The Villa Group Tried to book our second vacation on a promotion. They told me a presentation wasnt a requirement.Did that circus last year. They made it a requirement again. Told them we werent interested in buying anything and the presentation was going to be a waiste of time. Just being honest. They cancelled our reservation. Called the hotel they refered us back to Travel 4 less. their manager said they wont reinstate our reservation. Im out $500.00 US Nationwide
Called Travel 4 less to use my certificate for an all inclusive to the Krystal Hotel in pierto viarta No strings attached. The hotel confirmed my reservation but stated we had to attend a sales presentation. We did that at the COCO Reef last year. They told us we only had to attend that presentation. Now the story changed. We have to attend another high pressure presentation. We told them that we are not purchasing anything, and that we will attend but not be buying.
They cancelled our reservation can not re book. We were scammed out of $500.00US that we paid last year.
From now on we will use a proper travel agency to book our holidays.
