An investigation needs to ensue regarding this so-called company and its affiliated corporations. There are multiple scams taking place. Consumers are enticed through the mail to attend a presentation on vacation packages with the promise of free vacations and free airfare. Obviously the names and addresses of the recipients have been bought from the airline industry. Once the presentation is concluded the full $9,000 startup fee is requested by the company...whomever that really is. No one accepts responsibility for this scam. If the attendees opt out of the lifetime package of $9000 then $199 every year thereafter, the presenters hand out brochures to obtain the "Free Vacation" and "Free Airfare" certificates with an Activation Fee of $69 per person...I have seen online this figure differ up to $99. Once the activation fees are remitted, the Travel Center then sends another package via Certified Mail...purporting to be "Official" requiring $100 per person to "Process" the certificates.

Upon receipt of the Vacation Certificate and the AirFare Certificate the consumers then call to make their reservations at which time the reality sets in----THIS IS NOT FREE IN ANYWAY, nor even reduced. The quotes I received by phone for a 7-night vacation for 2 went from $678 up to $2500 each per person. When I asked how this was FREE I was told those are the port fees, taxes, etc....knowing full well that is not the case.

ETTSI --the company that the Travel Center supposedly sent our certificates to, claims they have no responsibility to refund any money but what was paid directly to them. Any Activation Fees are sent elsewhere---THE TRAVEL CENTER.

It seems a bit strange to me that there are 2 different companies involved here, both of which are ripping consumers off with their Free Vacation offers while both are pointing fingers at the other.

ORGANIZED CRIME? Two companies involved in duping people out of money while neither accepts the responsibility. Neither company accepts responsibility for the scam and neither company will refund all of the money remitted by consumers.
