Do not use if you are Military. Even after you provide all requested documentation, they will request more and thing you can't possibly provide. Anything to deny your claim after many months of waiting, calling, being blown off. CheapOAir and others use them. Consumer reviews are awful!! Ask before you buy travel insurance to see what company it is actually through. Trip Mate a scam!! Very disrespectful to our Military.
