Yesterday, received a an sms that am "today's winner, $2100 for my shopping spree with the card number of 56111 but when i tried to call for some good time, they hanged up. what is the use of declaring me the winne r when they can not give me the money?
let them be asked if they are only doing business or cheats and liars!?
They should also be informed that we Ugandans value US dollars like heaven on earth so the mere of mentioning of US dollar winner leaves us panting and when the money is not received, imagine how we feel...they should be delt with or else send my money to Uganda through western union.
