Complaint Review: Travel Solutions -Travel To Go - Sky Travel - VIP Vacation Club

My husband and I attended the presentation at Travel Solutions in Lincoln, RI. It was for the VIP vacation plan offered by Travel to in San Diego, CA. They gathered information about us, our travel habits etc. and used that in the presentation that was given. They showed us how we would save money on condos, hotels, cruises and the places we were to stay would be 4 and 5 star places.

They also showed us that PepsiCo and AAA used them as well as many other major corporations. We purchased this package and it was to be passed on to our children-like a time share and the only commitment would be the cost of the room and a 200 administration fee annually. RI department of business regulation filed a complaint 2 weeks after our purchase against Travel Solutions. We call RI and they said to try to use the VIP vacation plan, offered by Travel to Go and report back and then they could do something.

We have tried for several months and always nothing available or discounted. We were also told the night we purchase that since we knew of the value if we did not sign now it would not be offered to us later-take it or leave it basically.

We have recently filed with the following organizations: BBB of San Diego and RI, FTC, National White Collar Crime Ctrf and the attorney general's office of California and RI.
